Morning Star Baptist Church in Shreveport LA is putting people to work with the Jobs for Life program. The program is designed to help people become employable for the rest of their lives.

     The Morning Star Jobs for Life program will help participants understand the dignity of work while helping them develop a professional network. They will learn to create a vocational plan, to be prepared in job interviews, and to create a resume. Another component of the program involves participants meet with local employers to afford them the opportunity to open a door for themselves.

     Classes will be held in the Murphy L Hunt Life Center located at 5340 Jewella in Shreveport, LA  71109.
